Role Model Mentors works closely with high school students, families, and schools in your community. Our service matches high-achieving high school mentors with elementary and middle school students, providing mentoring and support in academics, athletics, arts, music, science and technology, and other extracurricular interests. Our model provides meaningful entrepreneurial opportunities for high school students, who provide services to client families as an independent contractor.
Role Model Mentors also offers other entrepreneurial opportunities for candidates with excellent communication and management skills and an entrepreneurial attitude. These can include opportunities to earn money recruiting other mentors, recruiting clients, activating new markets, launching social media campaigns, or being a brand ambassador.
We are operating in over twenty communities in CT, MA and NY, and we are growing rapidly. Feel free to sign up to be a mentor regardless of where you live. We will be in touch as soon as we are ready to launch in your market, and there may be an opportunity for you to play a role in starting the program in your school district!
Here are the current open positions. If interested, please send your cover letter and resume to firstname.lastname@example.org
